Therapy for Children and Seniors
Glad you're here.
Therapy offers a safe space for individuals to work through their thoughts, emotions and challenges.
Through strength-based therapies, I support children, families and seniors in exploring their emotions, developing positive coping strategies, and building confidence. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual's or family's unique needs, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in the therapeutic process.

Child therapy provides a supportive and friendly environment for children to explore their emotions, cultivate confidence and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
I work with children to develop skills that will help improve communication and build resilience, empowering them to navigate difficult situations more easily and foster healthy emotional growth.
As older adults navigate life transitions like retirement, loss of loved ones, and health concerns, therapy provides a safe space to process emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and maintain mental well-being.
With an individualized and compassionate approach, I work with seniors to gain valuable insights, help improve their quality of life, and continue to find joy and meaning in their later years.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a member of CAMFT (California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists). I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Dominican University and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
With a 20+ year career working in a range of educational and therapeutic environments, I have extensive experience connecting and engaging with a diverse community of children, seniors and their families.
I bring a passion for music, art, movement and drama into my therapy practice and believe them to be valuable healing tools. Singing is a particular love of mine and I also teach children’s singing classes, private vocal lessons and perform in local theater productions.
